You’ll explore rotations, revolutions and orbits, side chicote variations, soltinho remixes and expressive use of energia while keeping spinal safety and clear mechanics at the center. The program includes about two hours of edited, bite-sized classes and 50% off one online private lesson or coaching session with Devon. Prerequisite: Complete Head Movement Level 1 or attend a Reconstructing Head Movement Weekender before beginning Level 3.
